📦 Processing Time

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Poole, Dorset, UK.

Processing time is usually 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During busy seasons (new launches, sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to get your stickers on their way quickly! 💖

We only ship with tracked services to make sure your order is safe and you can follow its journey 💌✨

UK Orders → Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (fast + secure ✨).

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Orders → Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control these costs, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by customs.
⚠️ Important for USA Customers (from 29 August 2025): Due to new US import rules, even small sticker orders may face high customs fees. Orders placed before 28 August 2025 will ship as normal. After that date, US shipping will be temporarily paused while we work on safe and affordable solutions. Thank you so much for your patience 💖

Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery is outside of our control.

💔 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
