We hope you love your Stickky goodies as much as we loved making them! 💌✨ But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got a simple return process for you.


⏳ How long do I have?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


🧸 Conditions for returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it (unworn, unused).

  • With original tags and packaging.

  • With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

⚠️ Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.


💔 Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix it and make things right 🌈✨.


🚫 Items we can’t accept

  • Custom products (personalized orders).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Hazardous, flammable, or perishable goods.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a swap? The fastest way is to return your item, and once accepted, place a new order.


🇪🇺 EU customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling off period where you can cancel or return for any reason. Same conditions apply (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

  • Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and credit cards may take a little longer to process.

  • If more than 15 business days pass without your refund, email us at info@stickky.net.
